David Edell, age 77

Mr Edell is a director, and the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his association with the Company, he was a marketing and financial consultant; and, by 1983, he had extensive experience in the health and beauty aids field as an executive director and/or officer of Hazel Bishop, Lanolin Plus and Vitamin Corporation of America. In 1954, David Edell received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
