Mr Berman is the Company’s Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Berman is an attorney who has been engaged in the practice of law since 1955. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree (1953) and Bachelor of Law Degree (1955) from Cornell University, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
